For you: a 5 minute fall visualization

I've got something to share with you.

I've been partnering with Em House to lead a group program called Seasons of Change. We meet at the turn of the season. It's been a delightful partnership and a magical group. We co-create potent magic together and will be doing this again in 2027.

Em wrote a visualization for the Fall Equinox and we shared it with people as part of a post-session love letter. We are sharing it with you here too.

This is a 5 minute visualization to set you up for this fall. Read it here or listen to a recording of Em reading it. Give yourself some time to journal or draw your reflections onto paper after.

I'd love to hear what your takeaways are, if you want to share.

Create & Destroy workshop

Join Em House and me on October 20th for a 2 hour workshop exploring creative destruction.

It's fall, which is a time of harvest and compost. We're going to be doing some creative destruction, in service of the creative cycle.

This 2 hour session will include:

  • A collective grounding
  • Solo time to process & create
  • Small group collaboration
  • Collective meaning-making and completion

Coaching

I want to help you get really clear about what's important to you for the rest of the year.

It's almost October. Where has the year gone? I know some people who set goals for this year and haven't started yet--that's ok, there's no time like the present! I know many people who are unhappy in their current jobs and feel stuck because the labor market is tight. I also know that people are sitting on big ideas afraid to take the first step. How do we navigate work and life in these unprecedented times (I hate this phrase and it's true)?

I'm offering eight of these one time 30-minute sessions each month.

I'm noticing that clients are bringing a lot of energy to these sessions. I'm showing up with lots of energy and coaching fearlessly too. I love this combo!

Other ways to work with me

  • 1:1 coaching — 3 or 6 month packages. Book a free chemistry call to see if we're a fit. Your workplace might have professional development funds you can use, or you might ask your manager to invest in you.
  • Team offsites — I design and facilitate in-person experiences for teams. I'm actively looking to do more of this, especially in person. Reply with the basics (who, what, when) and let's talk.
  • Speaking — keynotes, panels, fireside chats. I'm a strong interviewer if you need someone to draw out a great conversation. Here's my current keynote on leadership and values.
  • Inclusion consulting — strategy, thought partnership, and culture work for organizations building high-performance inclusive workplaces. Reach out here.
